Cela se refl\u00e8te donc dans le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9mission des TER qui est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que pour les lignes nationales telles que le TGV.<br \/>La fabrication des v\u00e9hicules et des infrastrcutures associ\u00e9es ne sont pas prises en compte.
